Oracle cloud fusion order management pricing how to create discount rule for all units of measure?

Hi,

we have a requirement to create an attribute based discount rule in discount list, that should be applied to all items. However, when I click all items level the UOM is required, which means I need to duplicate the matrix more than 20 times (since we have more than 20 UOM). The matrix has a huge number of rows, which is not appropriate to use by UOM. Is there any option to apply one discount rule o all UOM that we have?
