Withholding tax registration customer

Hi team,

We have a customer requirement to configure withholding tax for AR. There are two known workarounds for this, adjustments or negative tax.

However, within the customer profile under tax profile there is a feature to set up withholding tax registrations, are there any information/documentation how this feature works? Have there been any updates which enables the system to generate withholding for AR out the box?
