    Summary:

    My organisation already set up tenancy in OCI 3 years ago: in which we have created a 12.2.0.1 testing oracle base database service

    we are exploring whether we can create 2 further 12.2.0.1 standard edition oracle base database services

    and whether OCI are likely in the near future to disable database systems of that version? we would need to use these services for 3 years

    we also need to know what level of support we would have going forward (we know this would not include database bugs and it would be better to move to oracle 19 or 23)
