How to freeze Assingment Number while global transfer of Employee?

Summary:

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

In Oracle Cloud HCM, the Global Transfer process is used to transfer an employee between legal entities within the same organization or business group. It is designed to address scenarios in which a person moves from one unit to another, involving changes in contracts or working conditions, but maintaining the history and link to the same Person Number.

The Person Number (unique number for the person) remains the same throughout the organization, regardless of transfers. In the mentioned case, the Person Number is 103179.

Each transfer creates a new Assignment Number to reflect the new employment relationship.
