Calculation of tax using weight for items sold instead of value

There is a new tax in France, called TGAP, that requires to calculate the due amount not based on the price of an item but on the weight of the quantity sold.

There are items where we are selling using weight as a measure, typically kilos, but other items are actually sold using the unit of measure each.

n these cases, we need to find a way to still calculate the tax using the equivalent weight of the units sold.

Is there a tax setup that allows us to calculate the amount of the tax using the weight of the units sold even if on the sales order and invoice we have the number of items?
