Internal Questionnaire Requirement for Technical Evaluation team members

Summary:

We have a client requirement that, during the negotiation process, they need an internal questionnaire for the Technical Evaluation Team. The Technical Evaluation Team has to respond to the internal questionnaire. Based on the supplier’s response, the internal team will decide whether the supplier’s response is acceptable. Kindly let us know if there is any process for the Technical Evaluation Team to fill out the internal questionnaire
