Optimizing Infolet Loading Time on the Springboard

Hello Community,

We’ve designed and implemented multiple infolets for employees, line managers, and HR, placing them on the springboard to provide quick access to relevant insights. While the infolets are simple and designed for usability, we’re facing a challenge with loading times—it often takes more than a minute for all the infolets to load when users click on the Info section and hit refresh.

Here’s an overview of the current setup:

• Employees: Seven infolets.

• Line Managers: Four infolets.

• HR: A few more infolets tailored to their specific needs.

Despite the simplicity of the infolets, the combined loading time is significantly impacting user experience.
