Negotiations Amendment Number Format

Summary:

In Negotiation amendments, the number is currently suffixed with a comma and a digit (e.g., RFQ-100010,1). However, our requirement is to change this format to use a hyphen instead of a comma (e.g., RFQ-100010-1).

Can you please let us know how to achieve this in fusion sourcing.
