Update Cost for Transfer Order movement in absence of Landed Cost Management

Hello Experts

I am working for a customer where movement of material happening with Transfer Order process. At each movement it incur cost like freight, Demerge, Handling, storage etc. This may work with landed cost management. I heard that with 25B release we will get LCM for transfer order. But by that time of 25B release it will be too late for Project. I am thinking to use cost adjustment for each receipt layer once we have AP Invoice created. we will have identifier on AP Invoice to match with receipt layer (Layer Cost Adjustment) at each org and using REST API
