adding vertical scroller like table to a panel or form any component

Summary:

Hi Experts

When we restrict the height of a table we get a vertical scroller on the right side to scroll to the top and bottom of the data in the table, but I want the same feature in the form or panel component layout as well, for example if i restrict the height of the component and it has more data to show then i must get the vertical scroller to scroll through the entire data within the component.

Is this possible to do, please help, i'm adding my source code here.
