Planned order showing wrong suggested start date which supplier capacity calendar

We have planned order (for buy item) with ASL and supplier capacity calendar attached.

Need By date: 03-Oct-2025

Suggested Due date: 26-Sep-2025

Suggested Ship date: 26-Sep-2025

Suggested Start date: 27-Jan-2025

Compression Days: 88 days

Supplier Capacity Calendar is attached to customer and it is defined as 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month (eligible supply days are only 2 days in a month).

Need help in understanding the logic how it is suggesting the 27-Jan-2025 as start date and why do we have 88 days compression days.
