any role oci admin need to see all projects in oracle integration

Hi Experts

I want to create a user who can access all projects in oracle integration 3 instance including connections and integrations (manage all).

i added user to Oracle cloud services → integration instance → service administrator role to user

still i'm unable to access the integrations within the projects, please help
