Default work schedule like Saturday and Sunday off in Enterprise level

We have configured default work schedule for all employee which is Saturday and Sunday off on Enterprise level. Now Client want to apply leave for Saturday for few employee and they do not want to override the work schedule on assignment level

As we have defaulted the work schedule in enterprise level as Saturday and Sunday off. Now, they want to apply leave on Saturday for few employee where we can see the week off and on top of that they do not want to override the work schedule on assignment level.
