Duplicate of the absence deduction when the employee submit for one absence

Hello all,

we face some problem in the absence module, we found that the balance of an some of employees are wrongs.

and when we investigate about this issue we found that there two columns of the same absence as bellow and it's deduct twice a time.

could anyone face this issue before and how we can solve it.
