Not able to find the step 'Evaluate Pricing Matrices' in Algorithm setup

Hi team,

We are trying to execute a Pricing customization to calculate the discount list based on a EFF from sales order line. We are following the document attached, however, we are unable to find the the 'Invoke Pricing Matrices > Evaluate Pricing Matrices' step in the Algorithm setup. We are using the similar step name 'Evaluate and Apply Matrix Adjustments', but the customization is not working. Does anyone have a guide on we should do it?

The goal is apply discount list based on customer region.
