How to enable team notification when a contract is created and a user is added?

Summary:

When a contract is created and more responsible users need to be added in the parties section, do not send a notification to the user so that he/she is aware that he/she has been added to a contract.

I would like your support indicating how the notification can be activated because currently it does not send any, it only adds the new responsible person and/or user part of the team of the created contract without communication.
