Issue: Queue is not automatically updating upon changing Primary Point of Contact in Classic Helpdesk
Steps to Replicate:
- Login to system
- Go to Help Desk > HR Service Requests
- View existing SR Details (with Queue: Europe and Africa Queue)
- Update the Primary Point of Contact (using person with Business Unit under Queue: Asia Queue)
- Click Save button
Actual result: The displayed Queue (e.g Europe and Africa Queue) remain the same even after I updated the Primary Point of Contact.
Expected: The displayed Queue will automatically update (e.g Asia Queue) based on the Business Unit of the updated Primary Point of Contact
