How to setup Electronic signature with OneSpan for Procurement Contracts

We need setup Electronic Signature with OneSpan,

The information required by the configuration task "Manage Contract Electronic Signature" with OneSpan as Solution provider is:

• User Name
• Key API
• Endpoint URL

But the OneSpan administrator send us this data:

• URL Test: https://sandbox.e-signlive.com/apitoken/clientApp/accessToken
• AppId: 1949a1aca58d865xxxx
• Secret: 6879647261d2b64a7894108cb4f5058613xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I was unable to configure the integration with OneSpan for electronic signature with this data and we need to know what we need to ask the customer for a successful setup and how to perform the procedure. No associated documentation in knowledge
