Changing Exempt or Non-Exempt Status at the Employee Level

edited Jan 29, 2025 8:08AM in Human Capital Management

Summary:

Currently, we have our Exempt/Non-Exempt status set at the Job Code Level upon the Job Creation. We have a situation where for 1 employee, we want to change the status that is different than what is set at the Job Code Level. Is it possible to do this? If so, how would this be accomplished? Currently, we are unable to see how to edit this field in an employee record to change the Exempt/Non-Exempt Overtime Status designation that is set at the Job Code Level.
