OTM Cloud - SMC3 Rate Not Returning when Carrier Connect has no transit for specific carrier/lane
Our OTM Cloud instance is not returning a Rate for an SMC3 RatewareXL with Carrier Connect when Carrier Connect does not have Transit Days for certina Carriers on Certain Lanes.
I have learned that the rate record and lane in question is not supported by the carrier, and thus the 0 transit with the following error:
RatingEngine.ratelt(): REInfeasibleExeption caught: [10129127] [Error] REXRatewareXLCarrierConnect.costShipment()(): Exception caught: <[10129126]
[INFEASIBLE] CarrierConnectXl getTransitDetails failed with Error Code: 10002230 Error Message : No available transit information found and Resolution is_
No available transit information found for request.
This condition then fails to return rates for that Rate Offering / Rate Record.
