Consolidation journals restriction on journal type

Summary:

There a few journals posted in FCCS that need to be posted back to the ERP Ledger. We are identifying these journals through a data source member. There is a requirement to put a restriction in FCCS where all journals as identified by a particular data source SHOULD be posted as 'Regular' Journal Type itself.

Is there a way to put that validation control in the system?
