Performance Managment Document Reporting

Summary:

I need to know how to pull Section Comments made on Performance Goals, in the Performance Document.

These are the Goals that are pulled into the the Performance Review Document itself, not the comments made and completion notes in the Goal. I am betting the notes are in HRT_NOTES. But, I can't tell how to the Comments are Joined to the Performance Review Document.

Heck, I cant even figure out how to pull them in with an Analysis. (But, I dont like analysis's cause I dont like the lack of control so I write SQL every chance I can.)
