Pricing Administration: define different prices based on customers

edited Jan 28, 2025 2:37PM in Pricing 3 comments

Summary:
Sales team needs to have different prices based on customer for the same item.
Example:

Item A Price: 10usd if customer is "Customer123"
Item A Price: 12usd if customer is "CustomerXYZ"

I want to confirm the best practice recommended by Oracle to achieve this simple sales model.
I use different Pricing Strategies, using different assigments based on the SoldToCustomerID and it works.
But I want to be sure that this is the easy way to achieve our bussiness need.
