Employee used in the "Run As" setting is leaving the company

Summary:

When we set up the platform we used a specific employee in the selection options for Run By. That person is now retiring. Do we need to replace that employee with an active employee with the same security roles?

For example when you create an initiative you select "Run As' these all contain that employees name.
