Want to create another course with same content

Hi,

We want to create another new course with existing content (which is already tagged to another course). Actually, we don't want to upload any new content, but we want that same content to be completed by a different course.

But whenever we are assigning the new course to employee it is showing that it is already completed through different course.

So how can we achieve that?
