    Hi All,

    Brief IT Background : Our Source instance is in EBS, Planning is in cloud environment (Supply planning cloud). We are running standard data extract programs to collect all the MAster and Transactional data. Standard Load Planning data from Files is used to collect the Zipfiles followed by plan run.

    We need to know if there will be any ATP downtime when Collections/Plan is running in Planning cloud. In Source EBS Order management , We have Sales orders Schedule ship date populated by Cloud dates based on Availability (Order Management> Global order promising> Review Supply availability).
