Enable FYI Notification Once Project Status Is Approved.

Requirement: We are looking forward to enabling the FYI notification once project status is “Approved”.

Steps:

User opens the project information and change the status from “Unapproved” to “Submitted” status.

Once status is changed, system triggers workflow approval to the approver mapped in approval configuration for action required (task called “ProjectStatusNotificationApproval).

Once approver clicks on “Approved” in the notification, system automatically changes the status to “Approved”.

We need FYI notification to be triggered to one user at this stage.

I tried enabling the “Project Status” by enabling the workflow, but its Not Working as expected.
