Period of service ID is Null - Cannot link contract to assignment in analysis

Hi all,

I have an issue where contract values cannot be searched for many assignments.
If I add a measure (Such as "Employment Contract"."# Of Current Contracts") or assignment/person number ("Worker"."Assignment Number"/"Worker"."Person Number") Or anything outside of Employment Contract Details folder) then all lines without period of service ID disappear. Is there any available solution to evaluate contracts and add period of service ID's to them?

All records without period of service ID also have no contract number which they will also need. (I verified the period of service ID was the issue as a few contracts without a contract number show up since they have a period of service ID)
