Auto Provision Security Roles for HR/Learning Admin when the training status is Completed

Summary: Ability to have the Auto Provision of Security Roles and Areas of Responsibility for HR/Learning Specialists when the training status is Completed!

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

1. When a Business Partner or Learning admin hires/rehires, there is a ton of manual work to assign/enroll roles to the individuals. 

2.Essentially, without knowing how Oracle system modules work specifically Core HR and Learning, there are chances that they make mistakes while performing transactions, training deletions, completions, and with the incorrect dates, so we find the problem with the data quality and integrity. So, our current process for HR and Learning Admins will be to complete the relevant courses first, and then the HRIS analyst would assign Security roles to them manually upon their training completion.
