DFFif the PO amount is greater than 50k, the field should be mandatory

Summary:

We are looking for a solution on the DFF (Descriptive Flexfield) field in Oracle where, if the PO amount is greater than 50k, the field should be mandatory, and if it's less, it should be non-mandatory. However, it seems that this functionality isn't feasible directly within Oracle Cloud as runtime validation on DFF fields cannot be implemented.

Any suggestion on this will be highly appreciated.
