We would like to be able to add criteria to control BPA selection related to SCO min/max replenishment process

We have a scenario where there are multiple suppliers that are authorized to provide a certain item. Each is set up on a valid, current BPA and has entries in ASL as needed. We are looking for a method to control the selection of BPA in some fashion like a percentage split among the BPAs, or a round-robin approach, or some other method.

We've reviewed the various information noted below in Cloud Customer Connect (CCC), on the Oracle Docs site, and in MOS, but haven't found anything suggesting it is possible. The functional team believes the functionality was present in EBS (12.1.3), but not now in Fusion. Any suggestions or specific things to review?
