Can we make Business Classification Required?

Summary:

I understand as of 24D for Redwood External Supplier Registration we cannot make updates to the Business Classification section. But can we make it required for a supplier to choose a business classification? Since one of the options is "None of this are applicable" we have a business requirement to require that suppliers choose a business classification (or none of these are applicable) to submit the registration. This was possible in the old supplier registration but I don't have clarification if we can require this in the Redwood Supplier Registration.
