unable to hide context segments

Summary:

I went to deploy the DFF and made sure they were hidden but I still see them. Then I went into VBS and was able to find them on the Manager Request learning, hid them, published and I can still see them. Then on the Learner Request Learning there are no context fields available to hide. Any help is greatly appreciated.
