Report 2x - 5xing values when using the hierarchical tiers

I'm having issues trying to get the right data when using the object 'Level 22 Value' in Natural Account Segment under the General Ledger - Transactional Balances Real Time subject area. If I use the Natural Account Segment - Value object, the amounts DO NOT get duplicated, but Natural Account Segment - Level 22 Value DOES duplicate. We're using the hierarchical tiers in our admin page, so this seems to be where the issue stems from in my opinion, but I'm not entirely sure how I would go about fixing it. Below is an example of one of our accounts
