Project Budget Curency Rate Derivation from date

Summary:

Why while entering Project Budget with planning options as : Rate Type Corporate and Rate date "From date of the budget line"
is selecting a different Currency conversion rate than what should be as per the from Date(start date) of the Budget line. For example When I am entering Amount(Via Financial Resources) in budget Line (For a Project in EUR and Functional Currency in EUR) in usd and system is converting it to 962.13 whereas rate from usd to eur on that date is given as .9199 in Manage daily rates for same rate type as Corporate as given in planning options
