Need help with Accrual Matrix Fast Formula, Carry Over Value and Max balance

Summary:

Can anyone suggest a fast formula for the accrual matrix with the below requirement. Please note that the eligibility formula, start date and end date formulas has been already created.

1. If Employee is eligible.
2. Fetch the enrollment end date of Sick plan.
3. Check if the team member has valid earnings in the current pay period.
4. If the Assignment Category is ‘Full time Regular’ or ‘Part time Regular’ or ‘Part time PTO’ then, the Accrual = 3.69 hours.
5. If the team member is terminated or loses eligibility (enrollment end date <> 4712/12/31), then the balance must be made as zero.
6. Flat HR Accrual/ Pay check : 3.69
