What is Redwood Self-service Procurement Supplier Request Opt-In Feature

Summary:
Before 24D, there are no different Options available to enable the Redwood Next Generation Supplier registration and by enabling the Opt-in feature External Supplier Registration page gets enabled on Redwood

After 24 D, i am getting the 3 options to enable as shown in snippet.

  1. On Enabling the External supplier Request, my External Registration link is opening on Redwood UI
  2. On Enabling the Internal supplier Request, my Internal link is opening on Redwood UI

Question is -

What is the 3rd Option "Self Service Procurement Supplier Request" and what it enabled? Does it is also getting mandatory in 25A? Please confirm
