    • How to send notification when a new CPQ model is available for Self Service in OCC

    Summary:

    In CPQ documentation, it is said that we can send a notification via ICS (OIC) to OCC, to tell when a new product model in CPQ is available for self service.

    The documentation says we should create an integration in OIC, and OCC would subscribe to this integration to receive notification automatically.

    Unfortunatelly, I didn't find any documentation about this integration.

    Does anyone know how to create this integration? Or could provide a proper documentation?

    I tried asking CPQ support, but they just don't know.
