Unable to create journal in ARCS

Summary:

Error received when creating a journal in ARCS

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I am able to select the 'Period' and 'Journal Template' which is what has been set up in FCCS. I am assigned as the preparer in Journal Template.

When I refreshed the page, the Journal ID was created. I tried to click the blue hyperlink but receiving the same error.

Upon checking in FCCS side, I can see the same Journal ID but most of the items are blank, probably because of the error from ARCS side
