Timecards approver's information is not accessable in WFTASK table is getting purged/removed.

edited Jan 30, 2025 5:42PM in Workforce Management

Summary:

Timecards approver's information is not accessable in WFTASK table is getting purged/removed.

We are using fa_fusion_soainfra.wftask,HWM_TM_REC_GRP tables to extract timecard approver's name.

We observed that is when we run the query, the earliest approved by records we could see in this table is of 22-July-2024.

Wondering where the data exists prior to this date?

Following link we saw that oracle purges transactions after 30 days.

In the above link for purging data oracle says "Archived tasks that were last updated over 30 days ago are purged without you doing any setup. The purge runs daily at midnight. You can't change or stop this automatic purge."

Howdy, Stranger!
