Report material transaction on work station screen is NOT functioning correctly

Summary:

When check-in is done on workstation and start executing the work order. While reporting the material the screen is not working properly. Meaning when i have to change the Subinventory the drop down reflects correctly and able to select/change the subinventory. However when trying to select or update locator the dropdown is NOT showing any values. Also unable to put the correct locator in the locator field. this is frustating and unable to issue the material to work order
