Smartview Add Comments is Spinning for Some Users in Remote Desktop
Hello Oracle Community,
We are facing an issue with Smartview where the Add Comments feature is spinning indefinitely for some users, specifically those working in a Remote Desktop environment. While some users can successfully add comments without any issues, others experience a spinning loading indicator and are unable to complete the action.
What we've tried so far:
- Disabling and re-enabling the Smartview Add-In.
- Reinstalling Smartview (Version 24.100).
- Restarting Remote Desktop sessions.
- Replicating the issue by matching user access and settings, but it still works for me even with the same access and in the same Remote Desktop configuration.
Additional details:
- The issue does not seem to be environment or URL-specific.
