Need to generate audit report for all configurational changes in EDMCS

Summary:

In accordance with our project's new regulations and the requirements of SOX compliance, individuals with administrative access to the EDMCS production environment must provide evidence that no alterations have been made in the production environment other than those configuration changes for which they have received prior approval.

The pertinent question is whether there exists a capability within EDMCS to generate a report or audit report detailing all configuration changes.
