Transfer Order lines not getting invoiced

Hi,

We are facing an issue where Intercompany Transfer Order Lines are not getting invoiced. On completing the shipment and receipt for the Transfer Order, the lines are not getting added to ra_interface_lines_all table and hence not getting picked by the autoinvoice process. There were a few Intercompany lines which were successfully invoiced, however, this has stopped working. Please help us to understand which setups might affect this.
