Item Master LOV blank in Manage System Options

Summary:

Hi,

We are configuring Lease Accounting within our Dev environment, and are unable to select the Item Master configured in the Item Master for Expense Leases option (the LOV is blank).

We have a single Item Organisation configured whose usage is Item Management. I am unable to select this Item Master in Lease Accounting:

Given that the Item Master is not linked to Business Unit or to Ledger, I don't understand why I am unable to select this in the LOV. I can only assume this must be related to data access?

Any help appreciated!
