How to Apply Stacking Rules in OTM 3D Loading?

Background:

There are 5 different load configurations, we are currently using.

1. Single Stack
2. Double Stack
3. Tripple Stack
4. Quad Stack
5. Penta Stack

All the ship units we use are boxes only.

Requirement:
We have a requirement where OTM 3D Loading should apply specific stacking rules while considering the following stacking options:

Look at the very first one below:

• The bottom layer placed on the floor consists of Triple Stacks.
• On top of this, there are two Double Stacks.
• The stacking rule for Triple Stacking (3 units high) is satisfied.
• The stacking rule for Double Stacking (2 units high)
