Can we deliver a lot enabled item to PAR location where PAR location is not a quantity trackable location?

Items are lot enabled. There are PAR locations which are non quantity tracked as well as min-max sub inventory.

System is allowing to deliver lots in min-max enabled subinventory but not in PAR location.

Would like to know if there is restriction where lot enabled items cannot be delivered to non-quantity tracked PAR locations?
