Defaulting the unit of measure of an expenditure type on project budget

Summary:

On each expenditure type, we are able to setup the default expenditure type. However, after assigning the expenditure type to a RBS and creating a project budget using the RBS, the defaulted unit of measure of the resource follows the resource class rather than the expenditure type default.

Is it possible to make use of the unit of measure setup per expenditure type on the project budget? If not, how can we change the unit of measure on each resource on the project budget?
