Where to configure MSC_REST_CALL_UPDATE_MATRIX?

May I ask where to configure MSC_REST_CALL_UPDATE_MATRIX?
I've tried with "Setup and Maintenance > Manage Administrator Profile Values" but in vain.
I got this info of the "MSC_REST_CALL_UPDATE_MATRIX" from the online webinar: SCM – Product Help: Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Integration Playbook: Supply Chain Planning — Cloud Customer Connect, which is saying that it is configuring for the matrix table update, and I was trying to figure out what is the current value we have configure in our Fusion application.
