Re-deployment of DFFs for Redwood Pages after environment refresh

We have encountered a scenario on multiple occasions where we had to re-deploy the DFFs after the environment refresh (P2T) for Redwood pages, as they were not showing up automatically after the environment refresh. However, this isn't the case for RUI pages.
Please confirm why there is a difference in behavior for DFFs and how can we make them visible automatically without a manual intervention?
